By using Inbown, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Inbown, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
2. Service description
Inbown is a B2B SaaS application that helps professionals prioritize their tasks by aggregating and analyzing data from their work tools (Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar) using artificial intelligence. The service includes:
- A smart priority radar
- Automated daily briefings
- One-tap actions (reply, approve, delegate, follow up)
- Integrations with your existing work tools
3. User account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up
- You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
4. Subscriptions and payment
The Explorer plan is free with limitations (2 integrations, 10 AI actions/month)
The Navigator and Captain plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
You can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period
Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis for the unused period
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to circumvent service limitations or security measures
- Interfere with the operation of the service or servers
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the service
- Share your account or resell access to the service
- Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated tools
6. Third-party integrations
Inbown connects to third-party services via OAuth. By connecting these services, you authorize us to access the data necessary for the operation of the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You remain subject to the terms of use of the connected third-party services.
7. Artificial intelligence
The service uses AI to analyze and prioritize your data. AI results are suggestions and do not constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Actions executed through Inbown (replies, approvals) are irreversible after the 24-hour rollback period.
8. Intellectual property
- Inbown, its code, design, and algorithms are our exclusive property
- Your data remains your property. We do not claim any rights over your content
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the service
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for actions taken on third-party services through Inbown
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time. After termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the terms
We may modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
